123ID has two other office locations: an office dedicated to Customer Support in East Grand Forks, MN and a Software Development office located in La Paz, Bolivia.

Roger Quint, President and CTO

Roger Quint is a leading entrepreneur in biometrics with a commitment to provide real-life secure identity solutions for every day transactions. He tackles any and all challenges with creativity and enthusiasm. His technical skills are matched by the ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and concise manner. The 123ID identification solutions created under his leadership and the establishment of partnerships with leaders in the microchip, IT and security industry are benchmarks of his success.

On the technical front, Roger directed, implemented, and patented Interoperability (biometric matching independent of the source of the fingerprint capture) and indexing technology for very large scale volumes based on the flow dynamics of the fingerprint pattern, both patents pending in 2005.

In 1997, as Director of Technology and Operations for Jasper Consulting he designed and delivered the Bolivia National Fingerprint Identification System (RUN-Bolivia) for live fingerprint capture of 4.5 million citizens. The fingerprint technology guaranteed a database free of Multiple Identity.

Roger was awarded a full soccer scholarship to Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond VA where he earned his B.S. in Mathematics, Minor in Economics. He went on to achieve a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. His academic studies were followed by teaching and research as a Medical Computer Engineer and Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Medical College of Virginia, Richmond.

Craig A. Pietruszewski, CPA Chief Financial Officer

Craig Pietruszewski has a solid background in all phases of financial management. At KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP, Minneapolis MN he managed audits of GAAP and statutory financial statements of primarily insurance and manufacturing companies. As Vice-President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of several subsidiaries of W.R. Berkley Corporation, Craig was responsible for Accounting and Finance, Actuarial, Statistical Reporting, Regulatory and Compliance, Billing and Operations/Administration of a $133 million property and Casualty insurance group.

Craig’s leadership, development and implementation of management information processes and operating procedures are designed to bring 123ID, Inc. from the inception and growth phase to reach its full potential.

Craig A. Pietruszewski received his Bachelor of Science Business Administration, Accounting, Summa Cum Laude from the University Of North Dakota, Grand Forks.
